No se trata de ir en contra del cliente, porque el stigma es «el cliente siempre tiene la razón, aunque no la tenga» se trata de mediar y platicar para llegar un bien común. La postura actual que tengo y he aprendido es llegar a un acuerdo común sin lastimar los deseos e ideas que el cliente pueda tener.
