Es muy importante la interacción de ambas partes del cliente con el diseñador ya que desde ese análisis mutuo se produce un buen producto u objetivo que se tiene trazado, el cliente debe ser un amigo o aliado y no como un adversario ya que el conoce su producto o el mercado, yo siempre digo que los aportes e ideas del diseñador y del cliente tienden a terminar en un resultado exitoso.
