El cliente no es tu enemigo, tú lo eres
me gusto el articulo, me parece maneja puntos muy buenos. Eso de decir no sabe lo que quiere (el cliente) tal vez en ocasiones no tenga CLARO lo que quiere o no lo tenga aterrizado como debe ser, pero para eso estamos: para darle la mejor solución, que es difícil? en ocasiones lo sera pero eso no hace mejores en lo que hacemos.
