Antes que pensar en una «marca colectiva» debiéramos promover el comercio justo para nuestros caficultores y no permitir que nos dejen la pasilla de baja calidad en Colombia para el consumo, además educar al consumidor en la toma y degustación del café y por último dejar de tomar el mejor café del mundo en vasos desechables. Ahí si se puede pensar en una campaña para aumentar el consumo de café
