Totalmente cierto. El artículo está orientado más al diseño de "identidades". El debate general se puede reducir a: renuevo la imágen del cliente todos los años y engordo mi billetera. O creo un diseño de larga vida a mi cliente para poder brindarle otros servicios relacionados (tecnológicos) y que este hable bien de mí para asegurarme más clientes y más trabajo, no podemos vivir sólo de "Identidades". Mi apuesta es más clientes contentos que pocos y odiándonos ;)
