Es un poco complejo el asegurar que mienten , pero talvez se deba a un tipo cómo de auto defensa , a donde el cliente no comprende realmente lo que se le vende , se confunde y prefiere decir que no es lo que espera , puesto que decir que no entiende , significaría parecer un poco «est*pido«
