El desafío de reconstruir Chile
Fuera de la discusión sobre cómo se deben reconstruir las zonas afectadas, si prima la inmediatez o soluciones a largo plazo; me parece muy interesante el concepto de aplicar la innovación (en su mayoría tecnológica), a los sistemas de producción regionales. Es decir, ir más allá de sólo las viviendas y pensar como el gobierno o las instituciones podrían trabajar el desarrollo social a través de la modernización y la integración de nuevas tecnologías a sus áreas de trabajo. Un claro ejemplo es como muchísimos pescadores artesanales quedaron sin elementos de trabajos, a la merced de ayuda.
