Pienso que el color es elemento clave en la vida del ser humano, comunica, informa, advierte, identifica, transmite sensaciones y estimula mental, física, emocional y psicológicamente al receptor. Sería como cuestionar si el aroma es importante para la gastronomía. Ya lo plantea Susy Chiazzari, el color puede influir en la personalidad siendo un factor de apoyo o de riesgo en relación al propósito a cumplir. El color rebasa el lenguaje icónico y por lo general se le vincula a aspectos de tradición y cultura.
