la conclusion del caso nos refleja que siempre habran ideas distintas, si todos se metieramos mano a la marca seguramente tambien habrian falencias a nivel de comunicacion, yo creo que en el articulo se confundio la parte de acuerdo con la parte de ideas criticas.
