Después de leer su escrito me da la impresión que más que existir dos versiones sobre el origen del diseño industrial en Colombia lo que realmente hay -en las versiones de Fernández y Buitrago- es una sobrevaloración de aspectos parciales del proceso que permitió la consolidación de esa rama del diseño en Colombia. No cree usted que esa consolidadación haya podido resultar de una oportuna conjunción de ambas visiones. De lo contrario ¿qué hubiese sido del diseño industrial colombiano sin el influjo extranjero o sin la iniciativa de profesionales locales de carreras afines como la arquitectura?
