The research for the HCD project I'm working on to provide healthier food options for people in need, reveals that the people interviewed think they have a healthy diet despite they very rarely eat fresh fish, fruit and veggies on a daily basis.

Rebranding food products as «healthy» makes difficult to create awareness of healthy food habits among consumers. Human Centred Designer as me, are responsible now for fixing the consequences of marketeers’ decisions about this matter.
