Creo que el tema es sobre el «copiar» una idea y atentar contra «la creatividad», algo más sobre ética y moral que sobre cuestiones legales o propiedad de marca o industrial. El problema es que mezclamos los dos y con esto no podemos ser objetivos. Efectivamente no podría registrar la marca de apple porque esta registrada en México y es altamente reconocida, no así la del Puerto de Odesa.

Creo que la marca es registrable en México, no pertenecen al mismo giro. Cumple su función de identificar. No hay mayor problema en eso. Ya depende del cliente valorar si su inversión corresponde con lo que esperaba.
