Thanks for this interesting article Ana. Something we should never forget when designing is to step into consumerʼs shoes to understand and find an unsolved problem or to solve it on a different/creative way. I mean "insights" have always been a powerful tool to identify needs, so in the search of it we can find posible solutions. Todayʼs people insights about ecological stuff are still emerging, so we should be there just to pickʼem up.
