Exactamente Christian, lo que haz leído es correcto, la innovación puede referirse a la creación de un producto, sin embargo no se puede limitar a eso, también hace referencia a la modificación de ese producto o de los procesos internos de cada empresa. Hoy en día la innovación gira en el saber ver la necesidad y lograr crear una solución ante ésta. Se aplica exactamente igual al diseño, como diseñadores no podemos crear cosas nuevas siempre, la creatividad se convierte en un mayor reto en el momento de tener que hacer lo mismo de una mejor manera.
